What is the resonance in your body when you read this?

We all have and will continue to experience times and cycles of growth and of stagnation; of content and of sadness; of closeness and of distance; of abundance and of loss; birth and rebirth.

How can we build resiliency and allow ourselves to trust and surrender to the natural ebb and flow of life? How can we welcome in full faith the unique Universal cadence that is here to shift us for our greater growth and evolution?

Our lives are a series of cycles that are synced with the cosmic life force energy and move at their own unique cadence. These cycles are meant to influence our emotions, our relationships and our direct outer environment.

When we don’t understand how to intuit each unique cycle and the lesson being offered to us, we can easily become overwhelmed and anxious with what we are unconsciously manifesting and we can stay stuck on the karmic loop.

Everything is expanding or contracting, speeding up or slowing down, shifting, and evolving. All of the time. With awareness, attention, consistent practice and will, we can observe the patterns and flows and intuit the messages and invitations. This offers us the gift and opportunity to begin working with what life is asking of us, in a constructive way. In a way that is fluid and softens around the edges of resistance.

These messages and invitations can show us our next steps and leave clues for us on how to engage and respond. Everything gets easier when we can embrace the dance and find our place within the flow.
